Difficult and complex as built surveys are made easy with 3D imaging. The Cyrax 3D laser can take a picture of a structure or feature and automatically convert it into very accurate 3D data.

          The traditional method of one point-at-a-time is time consuming for 3D capture. The cyrax system collects point clouds and for complex structures like as an offshore oil or gas platform the field time of the survey takes hours rather than weeks with traditional methods.

          The system was recently used on a very busy section of a freeway in the U.S.  The field time was 40 days to accurately survey 22 bridges and roadways with Cyrax. This was achieved without any lane enclosure or disruption to the traffic flow.
